We will donate 100% of our earned commission from each designated Sig Ep booking to the building fund for the planned Residential Learning Center located on the campus of the University of South Carolina. Our websites are safe and secure and are backed by some of the industry leaders such as Travelocity, Orbitz, Price-line and Cendant. We are continuously striving to find and negotiate the best possible rates for our customers. The easiest way to book is to do so directly on-line. Check out our rates and see how they compare. In order for Sigma Phi Epsilon to receive our donations, some steps must be followed. 1. You need to book a room and get a confirmation number. This can be done either on-line or by calling our toll free number (on our web-sites) putting you in touch with our call center. One of our professional travel experts will be glad to assist you. You must give them our PROMO NUMBER (6039). You must still get a confirmation number. 2. Once you get a confirmation number, either on-line or by phone, email us at admin@hotelfavorites.com so that we may flag that particular reserevation. In your email to us, you do need to state that you want us to donate to the Sig Ep building fund. If you would, also provide how you happened to hear of us. 3. You will receive almost instantaneously an email confirmation once a confirmed reservation is made. 4. As with all on-line organizations it is always prudent to re-confirm your reservation prior to arrival. We do it and we own the company! SOME THINGS TO CONSIDER Many hotels will not accept more than 3 or 4 on-line room reservations on one reservation. If multiple rooms are needed, split the reservations and use a different name. Or you can email us at admin@hotelfavorites.com and let us handle it. Also, all reservations must be guaranteed to a major credit card. In the case of "hot rates", your credit card will be charged as these rooms are prepaid. We have blocked rooms for resale (At the going rate, see below) for several occasions coming up this year. These reservations will be opened to the general public 4 to 6 weeks prior to the event. Contact us and we will be glad to transfer them to you, again you will get a confirmation email from us.
